Commandes et achats

En fonction de l’option de livraison que vous avez sélectionnée lors du paiement, nous vous enverrons un lien de suivi par e-mail une fois votre commande expédiée.

Suivez ce lien pour vérifier l’état de votre commande. Nous pouvons également vous envoyer des notifications sur toute mise à jour importante concernant votre commande – assurez-vous simplement que vous avez choisi de recevoir des notifications.

Vous voudrez d’abord récupérer votre commande. L’annulation de votre commande est la dernière chose que nous voulons faire, mais il y a des situations où l’annulation est la meilleure option pour vous faire gagner du temps et de l’argent. Trial users don’t need to do anything! You can continue to use your account until the end of the trial. After that, as long as you don’t upgrade, your account will be closed.
